The first course of Italian language and culture
for the Higher Technological Institute students, guests of Lumes in the
Ladispoli campus, is achieved.
Nine HTI students, engineering final-year
students, have taken advantage of a scholarship granted within the BSTELI
(CD_JEP-30098) project, financed by the European Union through the Tempus
Programme, Meda area, devoted to the academic co-operation with universities
pertaining to South Mediterranean countries. The students have been guests, in
Italy, for a period of three months during which they have followed an
intensive course of the Italian language, preliminary to a period of stage in
Italian concerns related to the specialization of each one of them. At the end
of the training period the students returned to Egypt with the acquisition of
formative credits good for their academic curriculum.
