Lumes, in its supporters intentions, unifies the technological, teaching, sociological innovation to the most fundamental aspects of the human being and his habitat.

To think of the human being means to correctly manage the resources, not only the material ones at disposal. Hence, the outline of its studies:

- managerial characteristic regarding the administration of the environment in its most ample meaning: anthropological, artistic, ethical, physical
- managerial characteristic regarding the human resources in terms of globalisation of the common sense of the feelings, through the mutual knowledge, sole adhesive of a peaceful living together.

At the end of the year 2003, according to agreements of collaboration with the Municipality of Ladispoli, a teaching seat is open in a structure placed at disposal by the Municipality Administration. Fit out effectively in order to carry out both teaching activities and of development of the co-operation plans, since summer 2004, it has seen, for the first time, the presence of foreign students, that shall be repeated during the next years.

Plans of development are put into effect for such seat, which is specially lucky as it is very close to Rome.
